HB built a 2 story addition on this historical Miami Beach home. Project consisted of the relocation of the existing kitchen into new addition. HB was responsible for all custom cabinetry and countertops, new marble flooring, and all trim work. HB installed a new high efficiency HVAC system and upgraded 2 bathrooms as well. The addition was built with a concrete roof and Hurricane Impact windows and doors.
